Manage personnel’s daily absences and manage work -reassignment
Assign uncovered duties to the available extra boards. Dispatchers can easily manage variations on driver’s activities, making modifications, shift swaps or splitting runs. Dispatchers can also manage trips’ delays and its repercussions along the single trips. The system automatically suggests which extra board drivers are available or which drivers are willing to work overtime, ordered according to various company criteria, like balancing workload among drivers. The Daily Dispatching module always checks that all rules and labor agreements are respected.
