The MAIOR School enhances your team's knowledge and ensures a rapid return on software investments.
The participation of different agencies and operators in each online training session helps participants compare diverse operational realities and facilitates the sharing of experiences and working methodologies, at both operational and organizational levels.
The courses are interactive, traditional teaching is enhanced by one or more project works, case studies, simulations, and practical exercises.
The MAIOR School has already had 34 training sessions with the participation of more than 150 users from 35 public transportation agencies and operators.

Online Courses
The online courses are aimed at all those who wish to deepen their knowledge of the advanced methods and functionalities of the MAIOR Transit Scheduling Suite to better respond to the growing mobility needs in our cities.
Each course has a duration of 1 day, starting at 9:30 a.m. and ending at 5:30 p.m. Each course includes a lunch break from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
Each participant will receive the learning guide and the individual participation certificate.

October 13 and 15
The course 'Approach to local public transport tenders' is dedicated to all service planning operators who are looking to deepen their knowledge of the MAIOR suite for integrated management of tender data. The course offers an in-depth study of the integrated modules of the service design and planning by providing tools for optimization, analysis, and simulation of different scenarios for a successful tender process.

The course 'Techniques and approaches to duties simulation', is the training that allows transit service scheduler to take advantage of the main functionalities of the MAIOR suite modules dedicated to the automatic creation of optimized duties, reducing manual work and ensuring the achievement of company objectives in compliance with regulations. The training session is dedicated to both urban and suburban transit services.

With the 'Practical session on duties simulation' course, the most experienced service planners will be able to manage and analyze new 'what-if' scenarios in the MAIOR suite for shift optimization in line with business and operational objectives. The training session is based almost exclusively on practical exercises dedicated to both urban and suburban areas.
Crew Assignment
November 3 and 5
The course 'Optimized management of personnel request and of the transit service' aims to provide schedulers and operation managers with integrated training on the MAIOR suite to optimize the personnel management and service requests in order to manage not only the transit service coverage but also an optimization of the service scheduling in compliance with rules and constraints.
Daily Management
November 10 and 12
The course 'Techniques and approaches to daily service management' allows operations managers responsible for the management of the service to make the best use of the MAIOR module for the daily management and assignment of vehicles, optimizing the management of unforeseen events and minimizing the negative impact on the delivery and punctuality of the service, in compliance with regulatory constraints and without losing operations control.
Business Intelligence (new!)
November 17 and 19
The course 'Business intelligence and dashboards insights' is dedicated to service planners, operations managers, and decision-makers to make the most of the MAIOR suite and to monitor the quality of service, to manage Key Performance Indicators and the most important service indicators. The session includes data analysis, both for companies and entities.
